From preliminary advice and assessments to high level consultancy, fieldwork, post-excavation analysis and dissemination, our approach is committed to providing successful outcomes by way of tailor-made solutions geared to the strategic needs of our clients.

We are an efficient organisation committed to investment in our staff, equipment and technology. This means you can be sure of being assisted by skilled, hard-working and motivated staff who take pride in their work, find truly innovative solutions and create value for our clients.

We established the Community Archaeology Radiocarbon Dating ‘CARD’ Fund in partnership with the Scottish Universities Environmental Research Centre (SUERC) to plug the gap which has existed for some time in providing radiocarbon dates for the voluntary archaeological sector.

The closing date for applications is 30th November each year, with decisions made by 31 December of the same year.

“By commissioning ARS Ltd you are directly supporting community archaeology across the UK”
