The team at Archaeological Research Services is delighted to announce that not only were we nominated for ‘High Growth Business of the Year’ at the East Midlands FSB Celebrating Small Business Awards 2022… but we won!
This award focusses on businesses that have experienced exceptional growth in sales, profit, market share or employment. Judges were looking for an organisation that could demonstrate the highest levels of growth, significant achievements, and a strong plan for sustainable financial performance in the long term.
Representing ARS Ltd at the event last week were our Head of Contracts, Lee, and Head of Business Administration, Holly. Both were thrilled to receive the award on behalf of the team and after a chat with the judges, Lee reveals:
“The judges said we were chosen for our consistent growth over the last 3 years and then our continued growth throughout Covid. Other companies in our sector had experienced significant growth in the last 12 months but not as consistently as we had previously. They believed this demonstrated a consistent development plan, which was continuing to be navigated successfully throughout the global pandemic.”
Following this win in the East Midlands division, ARS Ltd now moves on to the UK Final of the FSB Celebrating Small Business Awards on 19 May 2022. Wish us luck!
