In order to minimise our risks, we have devised a professionally accredited Health and Safety handbook together with appropriate staff training in procedures and risk assessment. We routinely review our Health and Safety Policy and undertake continuous staff training and awareness in safe working, procedures and recording. We regularly work with members of the public, volunteers, schools and other groups and we have a Safeguarding Policy in place together with a nominated responsible person and all of our staff have received training in safeguarding issues and practices.
ARS Ltd is advised, audited and legally indemnified with Peninsula Business Services Ltd, the largest provider of employment law and health and safety advice to companies in Europe. We are also an Accredited Contractor under the CHAS scheme and a Construction Skills Certification Scheme Platinum award holder.
